Winter Banquet Meal Update: LOW COUNTRY BOIL DINNER by Chat N Chew II. Our LLDC (Lodge Leadership Development Conference) and Winter Banquet are less than a month away! We’re starting this eventful day off with the LLDC from 9am-2:45pm on Saturday January 31st.
We have several great sessions along with 2 fun games in store for you guys. Lunch will be provided but we are asking $7 to cover the cost of food and the patch. There will be an ECM (Executive Committee Meeting) following the LLDC starting at 3pm. I highly encourage all Lodge members to attend this meeting. We’ll be voting on our Dixie theme, along with many other important things regarding the upcoming year. The Winter Banquet starts at 6pm and will cost $15. If you’ve been to one in the past, you know what I mean when I say that you don’t want to miss it. This meal with be catered by Chat N Chew II, and they always do a great job. We’ll spend a couple hours eating delicious food, catching up with friends, and recognizing those Arrowmen who have gone above and beyond in one way or another. I hope to see all of you there!
Remember, late fee apply for any registration after January 15th, so get your registration in before that date. Also, if you register for both the LLDC and Winter Banquet, it is only $20, a savings of $2.
Reminder to Chapter Chiefs:
If you were at the Fall Fellowship you probably remember me saying that I would like each Chapter to lead a competition/event at the 2015 Spring Fellowship. I would like each Chapter to vote on a competition that they would like to lead and then submit your top 2 ideas to me no later than January 31st. It needs to be something that can be run by 1-3 people so that the rest of the Chapter can visit the other stations and compete. Since great minds think alike, some Chapters may come up with the same ideas. So if you would like to better your chances of leading your first choice, you can email me at akkvca185@gmail.com.
