Hello fellow Arrowmen, it is that time of year to renew your membership in AKK by paying for 2015 dues. This can be done with the all purpose Annual Pass Registration form or on-line.
Please use it to buy your annual pass, or deluxe annual pass (Includes Dixie registration), or just to pay your dues. The costs for each 2015 lodge event are on the order form. The annual pass comes in 2 flavors. The regular annual pass costs $80 and includes dues, LLDC, Spring Fellowship, Lodge Cookout, and Fall Fellowship. The deluxe annual pass costs $130, includes all the above along with the Dixie registration cost. Using the annual pass will save $17 over individual registration and avoids the issue of remembering to register for each event along with NO LATE FEES!!!

If not getting an annual pass, you can still register for any of the lodge activities at any time before the late fees occur by using either form. If you need extra patches, these need to be ordered when registering before any late fee day. There is no guarantee that you will receive a patch if registering late.
Instructions for completing the forms:

1) Please use a single form for each attendee or no more than 2 per form if from same family.
2) If not buying either annual pass, completely fill out the form selecting the activities you plan to attend.
3) Include a current telephone number and e-mail address if case you need to be contacted.
The first form file (attached with the e-mail) is named 2015_Annual_Pass. Just double click on it, print the form, and complete it in its entirety. If selecting either annual pass, do not check the other boxes for each activity. Completely fill out the form selecting the activities you plan to attend.
The second form file (attached with the e-mail) is named 2015_Annual_Pass_online. It is a PDF version that will allow the fields in the form to be entered online. Just double click on the file, and enter the information. Please complete the top part of the form FIRST, before entering your name, e-mail, etc. Enter the Annual pass selection, or dues with any lodge event that you plan to attend. The costs will total automatically. But, to be safe, always review the final total. Then the form can be printed.

Forms are due back to the council office by January 15th. However, sooner would be appreciated especially if you are planning on attending Dixie.
