Brothers, the Dixie Fellowship is approaching quickly. If you have not turned in your medical forms (BSA Part A & B), those need to be turned into the council by Noon, April 19th. If you cannot stop by the council office before that date, then e-mail them to me by Thursday night, April 19th and I will print them out.
I am leaving early on Friday morning and will not have access to e-mail after I leave. The medical forms are required and submitted to the Host Lodge, Catawba for the weekend. They are returned back to us and will be available at the council. See Lori McGuire after April 27th.
The BSA Part A&B medical form does not require a Doctor’s visit, and only parental approval. If you have any questions, please e-mail me at the address below. I have attached a editable PDF copy of the BSA Part A&B form that can be completed and saved on your computer. When finished, just e-mail me a copy.
Again, the medical form is required for attendance to the Dixie Fellowship.
